Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am EST.
  • Guests must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) before entry information will be sent.

Property Access

  • The road to access Aspen Memories is paved.
  • The home is located in a private neighborhood with paved roads.
  • There is a large, immovable safe in the main level King bedroom. This safe is not considered part of the rental and may not be tampered with by guests at any time.

Policies and Rules

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Minimum age to reserve is 25 years. This person must sign the agreement and be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking allowed inside the home.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise at a respectful level.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or the digital guidebook.
  • There is a neighborhood leash rule enforced while walking your dog.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood for the firepit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
  • This property is pet friendly for only one (1) mature, well-trained dog under 40 pounds. Pet fee is $25/night + tax. Please do not bring additional dogs or request an exception.

Parking Information

  • Paved parking is available for a maximum of three (3) vehicles.
  • Guests may not park with any portion of their cars in the roadway. Vehicles parked in the roadway may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense per neighborhood rules.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Kitchens are well stocked with utensils and cooking basics.
  • A starter set of paper products is provided: one roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are sufficient for one or two nights.
  • Towels and bed linens are provided. Hair dryers are not provided.
  • Amenities include: cable TV in all bedrooms, wireless internet, video game system, pool table, hot tub, books, and board games.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • The home is located at over 4,200' elevation and may see heavy snowfall in winter months. Guests visiting November-April must have 4WD or AWD vehicles and may need chains.
